• Retail-prepared vehicles supplied with warranty, and
• Trade vehicles sold through our transparent Dutch auction system.
Every vehicle is clearly marked using our colour-coded grading system so you can instantly understand its preparation level, sale terms and warranty/finance eligibility.

OUR COLOUR CODE SYSTEM
🟢 GREEN VEHICLES – RETAIL PREPARED
• Fully inspected and prepared to retail standards
• Supplied with a minimum 3-month warranty, extendable up to 3 years
• Finance available (subject to status)
• Suitable for general consumer purchase

🟠 AMBER VEHICLES – TRADE TERMS / DUTCH AUCTION
• Typically older or higher-mileage vehicles not prepared for retail sale
• Sold as seen under trade Dutch auction terms
• May be roadworthy or unroadworthy — buyers must carry out their own inspection
• No standard warranty; a complimentary third-party warranty may be included where stated
• Finance not available
• Ideal for traders, DIY mechanics, exporters or value-focused buyers who understand trade terms

🔴 RED VEHICLES – TRADE TERMS / SPARES, REPAIRS OR NON-RUNNERS
• May include non-runners, MOT failures, or vehicles requiring significant repair
• Sold strictly as seen under trade Dutch auction terms
• No warranty or finance
• Non-roadworthy vehicles must be recovered from site

THE DUTCH AUCTION – HOW IT WORKS
Our Dutch auction system provides a fair and transparent way to purchase trade vehicles:
1. Each vehicle begins at a displayed starting price.
2. Prices reduce at scheduled intervals.
3. The first buyer to accept the current price secures the vehicle.
This system removes bidding pressure and ensures competitive trade pricing.

We encourage all buyers to inspect Amber and Red vehicles in person before purchasing.
Buyers may:
• Bring a mechanic
• Bring a knowledgeable friend or family member
• Review vehicle documentation on site

IMPORTANT INFORMATION — TRADE VEHICLE SALES
All Amber and Red vehicles sold under our Dutch auction system:
• Are sold as seen, without warranty from Infinite Vehicle Sales Ltd
• May require mechanical work and may be unroadworthy
• Are sold under the public auction exemption of the Consumer Rights Act
• Do not carry standard consumer rights that apply to retail sales
• Must be inspected by the buyer before purchase
• Are final sales once the vehicle leaves our premises
Where a complimentary third-party warranty is provided, all claims must be made directly with the warranty company.
